Because when I was a noob I said the samething but it helps you get established and able to raise raiding Dino's etc.... But if unofficial that's boring as fuck

You could just say no raiding levels xx and below... Or no thatch raiding or whatever. But no base raiding whatsoever would be pretty boring and no one would abide by it in pvp anyway
