Depends on the hero and aim type

I have 2 sens tracer genji zaria 12sens800dpi
Hitscans 10sens800dpi

I would say just start at default and add 5 until you feel like you are at your optimal sensitivity, remove 5 if you have to. You may even have to experiment with aim assist levels but if you are just playing those characters it may not make much of a difference

Use PC... Your aim will get better
