In each season those leave once cant play comp for 24hrs.In compensation the rest of the players will lose 40% of the sr of the total
If someone leaves second time then no comp for a week
And the same as before
If leaves again then again no comp for a week and he ll lose double the sr
One more leave N then season ban no comp this season for him

The punishment for the leaver is fine. But they should allow a replacement option. Like the game should ask u if hey, would u wanna join a match that had a leaver. Although u come into the match half way, but you'll get like double xp or something cuz your coming in a game during a bad scenario lol
