Was playing retro city dx and this happens!!! Any way to solve this or am I gonna have to send it in? I've reset a few times it stays there.

You mean that the joycons are disconnecting? Or simply that this screen appears? In the later case, just do as instructed on the screen. You are also able to update the joy cons, or resync etc from settings. Go through all the controller settings a look there, and Google. Someone else here probably knows it in this heads, but I can't help you any further right now!

Luckily it went away after a while. I wanted to show if anyone else has these problems
