Hard to say, Switch has BOTW but Vita has Persona 4 Golden. Mine has all the classic Final fantasy and Metal gear games, along with some of the corpse party titles.

They're both good for their own reasons. They both have game titles that are exclusive to them only, they're both portable, the Vita connects to the PS4 while the Switch is a 2-in-1 (even though the battery life is crap, I just keep mine on the dock and play it at home) but that's just my opinion..
