Playing official matches on course I haven't posted a official match on and doing well of course I was very surprised because I have been stuck at 10 for a few days as well

It works in solo match you just have to set it up to be offical

I've gone between 13 and 15 multiple times

I am level 12 and even went down because of a bad tournament.
I think the more controlled you are around the courses the more likely your level goes up.
