This might be your last chance to get a machine from Dell Refurbished that has XP Drivers. The Q77/Z77/H77 was the last Chipset to have XP Drivers. (though you can't get them from Dell) The iGPU is in the same league as a GeForce 6800 XT and the uSFF version doesn't have a PCIe slot, though you could probably rig one using a modded Bios to remove the Mini PCIe Whitelist and an adapter so you can use a Soundblaster X-Fi or something and rig something up.
