Look out, Southeast Asia! A new challenger in the esports region approaches Globally, video games amassed about US$148 billion in revenue this year and this figure is expected to increase by 7.2 per cent yearly. Of this large amount, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) raked in US$4.8billion. It is expected that MENA will hit the US$6billion mark by 2021.
