I agree with this but I don't think she would sound too different over the course of what? 20 years? Maybe some different voice lines ala witch mercy/junkenstein, but she is pretty spry in her old age, I don't think it would affect her visual patterns quite yet. I could be wrong though. And at the same time I like this suggestion.

That's what they did with young hanzo originally, but they changed it back to older hanzo voice for all skins
