I always shoot high on a psu. It's too cheap not too have that extra over head. If you're getting a 800 card at least get some extra insurance

All I'm saying is 650 watts, with a 1080ti and other parts seems risky. Like I said, it's too cheap to go bigger. A 1080ti calls for 600, minimum. 650 is rather weak for a 1080ti build.

Full custom loop at max 50 watts.... thats 400 watts if you stress test the whole machine wich will never happen in game. Thats a big ZERO risk about using a 650 watts psu. Stop saying non sense please.
