Go to nzxt.com and make a ticket this shouldnt happen. They reply quite quickly. High chance you'll get a replacement.

Mine had its rgb fail. Got a replacement within a week.

My Corsair fans did this and I super glued the fan blades back on and it still cooling radiators to this day
