Like even if it was possible to run at 200fps on your laptop youd need to know what Hz your monitor is as youd have major screen tearing if its 60Hz, which you may aswell just run it with V-sync on.

Getting more than 60 fps on a 60 hz monitor is pointless and playing at 200 fps only has pseudo effects.

I would suggest checking your whispermode and see where it's capped at. Also you won't notice any major screen tearing if you play on higher fps than your hz as long as you play on borderless window mode, but you will most probably face input lag.and frequent fps drops. Fps drops can be fixed by reducing the render percentage.
