So I recently bought a ASUS VA32AQ 31.5 inch 2560x1440. Don't get me wrong this thing is amazing however how do you lower the frame rate it runs 120 fps, but my eyes cannot take that for more then an hour or so, how do I lower the fps. I do not want severe eye damage lol. Or in time will my eyes adjust? Previously coming from a 1080 monitor. Let me know. :)

What do you mean your eyes can't take it?

1) The number of frames you see does not decide whether or not you get eye damage. 2) You are probably experiencing strain due to either flickering that some monitors have or due to you the blue light strain or excessive brightness. 3) Try looking for the blue light filter settings on your screen or getting a flicker free monitor.

Lower display brightness, adjust colors. Most are way too bright and too saturated for dim gaming rooms by default. They're set up to pop out in a show room by default!
