Not to worry, beta came out for Monster Hunter World. So Monster Hunter World is coming out January 26th, and pc will follow after. And THAT is a grindy game with plenty to do to keep you busy. I have over 400 hours in the Nintendo DS version.
Got endless space 2 off steam sale last week, stelaris, a similar game is on sale now too. They're civilization genre games in space, highly addictive, with rabbit hole deep tactics and stuff to discover.
