So I’m looking to get a 1050 ti due to the fact graphics cards are so expensive right now , but I was wondering is there any 2 graphics cards I could pick up that will run Like a 1080 for around the same price as my 1050 ti will cost ??

Nope. One faster card is always better then SLI/crossfire you'd think that 2 gpus means 2x the performance right? Not at all, unless a game is well optimized for SLI/crossfire is gonna be 1.5x at best. I'm looking at a used 980ti to hold me over, maybe look into that.
