Rip Hanzo and Mercy mains

Scattershot is a one hit kill if used correctly. But so is reins pin, or doomfist punch. Same thing. The only difference is hanzos scatter can even kill a 400 hp tank which is unfair. Killing a 200 hp character is fine though so they should just nerf that

Man don't fuck with scatter arrow, it's one of Hanzo's most redeeming qualities, maybe just give Orisa a little more armor?

I main hanzo and nerf his scatter but you gotta buff him somewhere else to make him balanced lucky I can aim
