Why use rein when you have orisa

110 shield regen for every sec whenever shield is up or down or enemy is shoting the barrier.-also would remove "195 shield per second, after being down for 2 seconds"

this would make rein shield harder to break but also harder to recover broken shield.

i don't get you guys, in all my games right now i did better with rein then most orisa's i played with/against, it's just how you use ur heros. I mean if you're dumb enough to charge a fortfied orisa it's your own fault, also rein can use orisa's ult against her if you didn't know, just pin her against the litte "thing" (idk what its called right now) and for shatter almost the same with charge, except that you get behind her shield. One move i do sometimes is, charge orisa about 3sec after fortify so you stand right infront of her and by then fortify wears off and immediately use shatter (ofc if there are others too otherwise wait a sec longer with charge so you can pin her)

Pls no. I'm a tank main that plays rein a ton but if you are good than 2000 is plenty enough.
