Question... I have an r9 380.4gb never overclocked everything stock and I have an issue when I start the pc the fans run full force. It sounds like my computer is getting ready for takeoff. It is only 68 degrees In my room not hot by any means and it does this at random times sometimes it will run normal sometimes it will stay full force for the duration it’s on any idea what would cause this ?

Do you use a tool like msi afterburner to monitor your gpu temp? It could be getting hot. If not, you can use the same program to adjust your fan curve.
