2. Hanzo, Widow, and Pharah can kill her from long range.

3. Rein can easily over power her in close range.

4. Hack her since she heavily relies on her abilities.

5. Zaryas bubble works wonders

6. Stop bitching about her, and learn her counters.

Most of not dying to Moira is just not being indecisive. Choose to fight or choose to run. I've killed her 1v1 in a real game as Mercy before just by standing my ground and shooting her in the head a few times.
