I have had a G710 for years. I wonder what the + is?

Oh, must be the noise dampening and the quieter switch.

The only difference is that it the G710 uses the clicky Cherry MX Blue switches and the G710 uses the quieter Cherry MX Browns. I personally like the feel of the blues more, but they are genuinely quite loud. They normally retail for the same price.
