Ok so I've been doing a bit of research and have seen that people have seen the Otters on all 3 of the main maps, but for some reason there aren't any Otters spawning and I've been through all 3 maps... Have been searching for at least a good 4 hours now and I just can not find them. I hope they're not as rare as the sheep are...

Does anyone know where to actually find them? I've checked every river and pond...

Sheep arent rare in rag lol there are usually 12 or more on the map at a time as fot otter i dont know juat logged on to single player
