ok been seeing alot of server questions so imma ask one of my own hopefully someone has an idea..

so on our server we reduced the level requirement for the forge so now it unlocks at level 20 with no prerequisites to unlock it. this in turn inspired us to try to releases all the tek engrams that are not achievable on Ragnarok server however this isnt working as sweet as they are already free and not level bound.. Does anyone know how to release the prerequisite from boss battles or is this not even possible?

do the boss battle on your server and invite everyone to the boss fight and have an event out of it and just kill the boss each time the event ends or somthing

Pretty sure you cant since they are hardcoded that way like skins
