PS4 Not an Ark question but has anyone ever had trouble with losing connection on PSN...

Not an Ark question but has anyone ever had trouble with losing connection on PSN chat. “Loss due to NAT type”? I have one tribe member I can’t chat with unless we have a 3rd person in our chat and if they leave we lose connection. I can chat with any other members 1 on 1 and he can do the same.

Another odd thing. I can hear him for at least a minute before he can hear me if a 3rd person joins our chat.

Last thing that might or might not help. He lives like 5 miles from me. We both have the same internet provider and we are the only two in the tribe that uses them. (Comcast)

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Same thing happens to me I just leave and join back

Just open your nat. Plenty of guides on you tube.

Give your ps4 a static IP. If that isn't enough put your ps4 into DMZ through your router.

That happened with me and then it ended up he had me muted

It’s BS anything that works sometimes should work all the time and can be fixed. Why haven’t they fixed this yet.

Its normally your internet. If its not your party start your own. If it is already yours leave and come back
