Gtx 1070G1
8GB ddr3 1333mhz
650w Gigabyte psu
Windows 8.1Pro

Almost guarantee you that you need to replace your thermal paste. If not that probably a hardware failure like your OSU. I would still start by replacing your thermal past tho

probably cause the cpu is overheating, check your cooler is working
