The only people that hate moria and thing she's broken OP are Genji and Tracer mains upset that there's a healer they can't bully with 0 consequence anymore. Moria can fight back, and win, and that pisses them off because since launch if there was a healer all they had to do was dive them and hope the rest of the team was slow to react because god knows Mercy, Zen, Lucio and Ana aren't even half as capable as fighting back as Mora is

Sure her range is a little too much but that's far from broken. That's a tweak at best.
