Looks like my fate is damned. I switched from Moira to Mercy who does more heal than dmg but I still got gold elims and lost the match.

battle mercy is the only way to play tbh

Maybe some more in game help from better rank player is what I need.

Stop taking out your pistol and start damage boosting your teammates. You don’t have assists. A good mercy have at least 30 defensive assist and at least 15 attack assist per game.

Your rank may not give you those good dps teammates that you need. My advice is to learn soldier and climb with him then go back to mercy. Soldier can heal him self and do damage and carry.
