Looking for a low boosted server high weight then max player level 100 max Dino 150 above ten population please

We have 27 players online currently. Max player lvl is 150, but the progression is just like official. It gets harder every lvl. I think the leading player is 111.

Two things happened this weekend. 1) we had to increase slot count on Rag and island to 50 and 32 due to population growth. 2) I made one of those goofy pics everyone seems to like to make.

Tek engrams unlock at lvl 100 (no Tek weapons, saddles, or tekturret auto unlocks)
Most settings are default except for a few small adjustments.

No undermapping allowed.
No Flyers on Aberration.
No obstructing artifact spawns.
No Trolls
An Admin will be added later to host events only.

No admins at the moment, owner only jumps in to check on things here and there, barely populated yet, servers still new!
