Scatter is a tiny insignificant piece of what makes Hanzo the badass he is. Scatter can be completely removed and not replaced and we Hanzo mains will continue to dominate you!

Though widow
may have an assault rifle. She is still way harder to play then hanzo.

Hanzo with scatter arrow should only be a 2 star difficulty.
And widow should be a 3.

Hanzo even has an ability that is almost the equivalent of widows ult
