Just out of curiosity, how often do mid to high diamonds find themselves getting matched in predominantly masters/GM games? Once went through a season or two of playing almost every game 200-500 sr above my own

Depends on the time of day. If you are queueing hella early or really late where there aren’t a whole lot of players playing then there is a good chance that’ll happen. It’s common to see high diamond players to be playing with or against masters level players though.

Grandmaster can only get matched with players within 250 sr of their own sr. Depending on sr though diamonds vs masters is not that rare.
