Is there a way on a nitrado server to make Dino's have more than 71 levels to put into stats? Like 200 levels for example?

Yes but I don't know how to do so. I'm on a server where the dinos max levels are 300 wild and you get 100 and something more when leveling.

Look google for Ark level ramp generator. There you can set the max lv you want to have for wild Dino's and players. It will give you a .txt that you then can copy paste into your game .ini setting. At least that's for pc so no idea if it works the same for Xbox
