Is junkrat balanced ?

Just nerf the damage of his mines a bit. Not to the point where it's almost useless but just a lil bit. Other than that, he's good.

Nerf the cheap ass mines and significantly increase the charge time for his nuke ult.

If you removed Junkrat from the game, made the game 5v5, and added a completely random environmental damage effect, such as constant lightning strikes, Overwatch wouldn't feel any different.

All balance aside, it does get really old wading through grenade spam during every teamfight.
