It all depends on what you are using it for and what parts you already have. I upgraded my computer for $600 but I had a case, PSU, memory, Blu-ray drive, and a windows license. my next upgrade will be about $1200 thats: New GPU, new CPU, new memory, new mother board. I might go new case and new PSU if I need it. $700 is possible you just have shop around
