If you're on an extreme budget for CPU's I would look to get the newly released AMD Athlon X4 950 for $60 and then upgrade it down the line to Ryzen 5 or something. The 950 may not be as great in single core performance but the upgrade path is the ONLY reason I recommend these Athlons. The best you'd be looking for to upgrade the G4560 is a 7700K otherwise.

Otherwise this is a good PC build. I'm running a 1050 ti with an i7 3770S and 16GB RAM and some games do take advantage of the extra hardware I have on hand.
