It will get about 40-60fps, at a push. I've got a media pc with that setup. It isn't great for PUBG. A better GPU and you'd be ok. The g4560 can handle it just about.

and play on integrated till you buy 1060, just buy 3000mhz ram if you play on igpu

Probably won’t even run on low settings I’d assume it would be unplayable with that cpu
