Imo Chinese new year event has the best skins.
Also mccree skin kinda looks korean. Yesterday I believe was korean new year and it's why d.va got a korean skin instead of chinese skin.

I think Chinese New years is really good, skin wise I feel it's the best. I do really like the Halloween skins but my love for Mercy's died down from the first time I saw it too
