Use a VPN I see a lot of Chinese using VPNs to play games on western servers

When you're at the blizzard launcher, where you would usually go to switch to PTR right above the play button, just switch to America or EU. Easy and free

Edit: it seems that Chinese servers are a bit different, I'd agree with everyone here to just use a VPN. Cheaper than buying another copy of the game, while being able to play wherever. Ping would be high af though.
