Definitely the 2 games above! Other great (and under $20!) games would be I am Setsuna, Stardew Valley, RiME, the Jackbox games, Overcooked, Rocket League, and 9 Parchments.
I'd also recommend Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon, but they're regular price.
