I saw a post like a few weeks ago about S+ coming to console but I haven't found anything else to confirm this. Is it true it will be coming to Xbox and if you have a link plz share it. Thank you!

Yes, it’s going to be coming to Xbox. Wildcard is working with the S+ creators to incorporate it into the core game, instead of a conversion or mod.

They've already partially implemented it with the no collide option that allows you to build through terrain and what not. So maybe the rest will follow.
