I read the nerf for mercy but I still don't understand two of them.
Can someone dumb down what these two mean.

-The speed boost that Guardian Angel receives has been decreased by 50%

-Duration reduced from 20 seconds to 15 seconds

Ult is shorter and the speed boost to GA is lower, what's difficult to understand about it?
The ult makes you fly faster when you use GA. Apparently it was too fast for DPS noobs to hit you. The second thing is pretty self-explanatory.

rez should be removed and a ablity that increases healing/ damage from her staff should be implimented imo
