I need to buy a USB type C portable cable for my Switch, any recommendations? I've finally got a portable charger.

Anker or Belkin.

Any reputable brand should be fine - you don't want to cheap out on USB-C. The high wattages mean dodgy cables, that don't meet the spec perfectly, can break devices.
