I'd suggest u to wait until new gpu comes out...or current gpu price drops or build it with out gpu.... cpu go with 1600x or 8600k....

Don't wait for anything.... Go for CYBERPOWER Gamer Xtreme or ASUS GC11D....... they are within your price range... I will not recommend building a PC prices right now are too high .....
