Imagine you divide all guys in 100 equal parts. If you're on the 97 percentile, that means you're better than 97% of folks and worsr than the other 3%

it means compared to everyone, you're better than x amount

It means you perform better than 96% of others who own the same product, because you know, cpu and gpu arent the same even its the same name due to manufacturing and sillicon lottery, and for ram different ddr4 sticks with different specs and timings
