Anyone can join... Just friend RagnaArk on XBOX. If you can't get in then the server crashed and I will restart it as soon as I realize it is down. I am usually pretty quick but if it goes down in the middle of the night for me then you have to wait until I check it in the morning. It is back up and running now and had been since late last night.
