PC I have a strix 1080ti and an i7 7700k. Why can’t I get higher than 58fps on 4K?

you should have arround 150fps ... idk, maybe recording ? too much app launched ? i run it in 2k more or less 60fps with an old R9 290 ... but with high, not ultra settings ... to be honest the diference isn't this big ... in normal there's a big diference ... play in high while it's not fixed guardian

This pc should be more than enough to get 75fps on 4K.

Turn off the following; Depth of Field - Chromatic Aberration - Film Gran.
Option; Turn off V-sync or scale it how ever you like.

I find with all these off, the frames are at the 120 mark.

Cause you spended too much money on your pc ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Also V sync limits your fps to 60 if I'm correct.
