HP 6200? I had one... Just garbage to upgrade. So try with one ram only in place, Check that you use right place because 2 dims must be right places. Boot without cable in screen or try cheap gpu card.

I think you system display capistors need to be replace. Or get the cheap gpu in slot

I have a similar computer and what solved that issue for me was using a slim GPU for it, but my issue was caused by a bad connection to the onboard video port
