U can make it out of almost anything the quality of the recipe is related to your crafting skill + the ingredients used we got cram 5 of each berry but meh I Marc and stimulate..cake witch is just a dodo egg and meat balls 5 meat they all give different food values for food water and stam a dodo egg is a even board food usually giving equal food Stam and health

We use 20 meat for one recipe but you have to mindwipe put your crafting speed all the way up make the recipe and mindwipe to normal stats
