Recessive genes have a possibility of showing up in a child. Thats my best guess though. Im no biology wizard either.

Everyone has a brown eye/hair gene. Even though its lower, its still going to be there.

Maybe a distant relative had brown hair
Its regressive dna

It is possible for a kid to have different color hair compared to their parents.

Genes for blonde hair are ressessive

Genes for brown hair are dominant

if all the grandparents are brown haired the child still cant not be blonde. brown is dominant so one of the parents would have to be brunette. one grandparent cant even have black hair because it's not possible for the child to be blonde then (because one of the parents would not be blonde.

Depends on the grand parents and great grand parents.

Mom has brown eyebrows, so she is not a true blonde

There's a 25% chance of a recessive gene for each thing. :T

Blonde is a recessive allele so genetically both parents would have recessive alleles not allowing the child to have brown hair, It would need a dominant allele for brown hair which isn't present, So either the overwatch team didn't do science or torb is not the father
