Switch I’m thinking of picking up the Switch Pro Controller for Kirby. How’s the D-pad on there?

If you’ve using it for movement it’s fine. If you’re using it for menus, the buttons on the joycon are better. I every so often get right pushed as well as left when scrolling down in menus. And this is with the Xeboblade one which was supposedly better.

As much as people seem to hate the DS4, PlayStation still has, and has always had since the PS1, the best d pad.

IMO it’s the second best D-Pad only to the Zelda & Mario themed wired controllers. The problem with those is while the D-Pad hardware and that it feels great, it lacks the NFC, wireless, motion controls, & Rumble of the Pro. But for the price point ($20-25 on Amazon & Target) you really can’t beat it. Specially for the price
