I’m thinking of getting Sonic Forces cos it looks fun. I was only able to play the retro ones when I was young. Is it worth it? There are tons of new characters, would I feel like I missed out while playing?

Do NOT get sonic forces! My wife bought it for the same reason, and she regrets the purchase 100%. Literally everything about the game is trash.

The level design in sonic forces was awful, all over the place and short. The enemies where badly placed and I kept noticing the same enemy type used for most of the game.
