best monitor is 1440p 165hz I belive or 144hz 1440p. but requires good pc anythinh above 165 is kinda waste. cuz the monitor shows more frames per second than the human eye can see

hope you have a 1080 if you want to do 4K..

Do you really need 4k? Right now they're pretty expensive and have low refresh rates as far as I know. Besides, you need a good card and cpu to push frames at 4k.
Just stick to something more consumer friendly at 144 Hz and wait a little longer, they'll come cheaper and at more flavours
